Justin Baldoni has filed a response to Blake Lively’s request to reject his defamation residence.
Baldoni brought the trial in January after Lively accused him of sexual harassment and orchestrated an outward campaign during the shooting of It ends with us.
Lively’s lawyers filed the request to reject the trial in March and claimed that Baldoni’s claims were “revenge” and abuse of the justice system. They also pointed to a California law that protects people from retaliation cases related to sexual harassment requirements.

To reveal that they “will continue to fight,” Freedman also said that even if the trial is rejected, lively should not be entitled to legal fees or injuries.
He said, “What Lively trying to do is put a dangerous precedent by preventing the courthouse doors to my clients and punishing them for having their day in court, a rather protected of the first amendment.”
“This right not only protects Mr. Baldoni and Wayfarer parties in this particular case, but all Americans in the future who have false accusations charged against them and seek relief from our legal system.”
“This must stop here and we will continue to fight this obvious attempt to block access to the justice system and weaken our country’s constitution to serve those in power,” Justin Baldoni’s lawyer added.
