“I maintain that I did not act inappropriately at any time before, during or after a professional treatment session, nor have I ever been told that I am unwelcome to any provider of massage therapy. These claims are simply not true.”
These are the words of the Baltimore Ravens Kicker Justin Tucker in an exclusive statement to Outkick, his first public comments on the media since the first accusations.
Since January, a total of 16 massage therapists have accused Tucker of sexual mismatch and inappropriate behavior during sessions from 2012 to 2016 on eight spas in and around Baltimore. Originally, six prosecutors were included in a report from the Baltimore area publication The Banner on January 30.
The NFL investigators were in Baltimore last week and spoke to some of the charges, ESPN reports. The ravens could not be reached for comment on this story, but earlier this week at the NFL Combine in Indianapolis called General Manager Eric Decosta the allegations “Serious and About.”

Tucker and his legal adviser, led by Joe Terry from Williams & Connolly’s first change practice group, deny all claims and say they are determined to clear Tucker’s name.

“Over the past four weeks, I’ve spent countless hours playing any interaction I’ve had with bodywork -professionals in the last thirteen years,” Tucker told Outkick. “I can assure who is reading this, that I never intend to respect anyone, cross any limit or make someone feel uncomfortable in any way.”
“It ruins me to know that anyone I have been working on would not have felt respected and appreciated as a professional, but more importantly as a person, and for anyone who has felt otherwise, I am sorry,” Tucker said in his statement, whose full text is found below. “I want you to know that I am obliged to make sure everyone I interact with continues to feel that I respect them and love them as a human being.”
Tucker said he began outside of massage therapy in 2012 in his rookie season in Baltimore. He said at the time that the Ravens did not provide the services. After many years of visitors local spas for his treatments, Tucker says he signed up for internal massage therapy from RPMotion Therapy, LLC, summer 2016 after buying a home in the suburbs for Baltimore. He and his wife, Amanda, had previously lived in the city in a Condo in Ritz-Carlton Residences-How a therapist recently accused him of “postponing himself” during a massage session in 2013.
“G. gave Tucker two massage treatments at Ritz-Carlton in 2013 and said he repeatedly postponed himself and that she used an intense massage technique in the hope of making him stop. ‘It was like a game’ for him, she said, adding that he exposed himself ‘more than I could count.” She ended the first massage early, she said. After the second massage, he left what she thought was ejaculated. “It wasn’t sweat. You could tell what it was, ”she said,” reports the Baltimore banner.
In response, Tucker’s lawyer refers to two swore declarations of the previous owners of Ritz-Carlton Spa, who disputes the allegations charged as Outkick obtained.

‘A pleasure to work with you’
His lawyer also quoted Tucker’s careful tax documents that the kicker held by every massage session he participated in, as they say, shows him who participated in the various salons well after his alleged mismatch. Outkick was not shown these documents.
In a specific case, Tucker’s adviser said the kicker showed up to 14 different sessions at QG Salon in the center of Baltimore after alleged wrong behavior. His legal team delivered an E -mail statement from one of the charges who told him it had been “a pleasure to work with you” when he canceled his membership on January 5, 2016.
Through a lawyer, the owner of QG, Craig Martin, told the banner that he was not aware of any complaints against Tucker.
Tucker and his lawyer also deny demands from salon owners of the now closed study 921 and Ojas that he was banned by his alleged behavior. According to the Baltimore banner, the owner of Apothecary was the only other spa owner of the eight who confirmed to hear of a particular accusation quoted against Tucker.
According to his lawyer, Tucker participated in Ojas seven times in 2014 and Studio 921 18 times from 2013 to 2015. Tucker was charged by a therapist in Studio 921, according to Bannered, of “[being] upright mostly of the massage session and regularly tried to postpone its genitals. ”
The banner reported that he was banned from the establishment, but Tucker’s attorneys pointed out that Studio 921, which closed in 2023, released a promotional photo of Tucker on the Trip Advisor website a year after he was allegedly banned. The position remained on the place throughout the company’s life, as seen here.
Perry told Outkick that Tucker’s wife, Amanda, had recommended several of the salons to her spouse as they often planned the couple’s sessions. Amanda called all the accusations against her husband “false” in an exclusive statement to Outkick:
“The false accusations against Justin have caused so much hurt to our family. I believe in my husband and I love and fully support him.”
Prosecutor’s lawyers respond

When asked about the details of Tuckers Attorneys, Michael Belsky and Catherine Dickinson, SBWD gave the lawyer company Partners, representing most of Tucker’s prosecutors, with the following statement:
“We do not represent Spa owners, only the affected therapists. Whether the owners acted appropriately and in the protection of their respective employees when facing complaints is a question that is better directed at them.”
Justin Tucker’s full statement to Outkick:
From the moment I first arrived in Baltimore in 2012, I felt embraced and supported by this amazing community that I have been loved so much. Both on and the football field, I have strived to reciprocate this love and support through hard work and dedication to my sport. I have tried to treat everyone with kindness, dignity and respect and to set the type of positive example that makes my family proud to call me a father, man and friend and encourage members of this community to be proud to call me one of their own.
It is with all this in mind that the accusations against me are so shocking and heartbreaking. I maintain that I did not act inappropriately at any time before, during or after a professional treatment session, nor have I ever been told that I am unwelcome to any provider of massage therapy. These claims are simply not true. Over the past four weeks I have spent countless hours playing any interaction I have had with bodywork -professionals in the last thirteen years. I can assure who reads this, that I never intend to respect anyone, cross any limit or make someone feel uncomfortable in any way. It destroys me to know that anyone I have been working on would not have felt respected and valued as a professional, but more importantly as a person and to anyone who has felt otherwise, I am sorry. I want you to know that I am obliged to make sure everyone I interact with continues to feel that I respect them and love them as a human being.
When I started working as a professional athlete, I recognized the importance of receiving consistent professional bodywork. By investing my time and resources for restorative bodywork – with licensed therapists at respected business places and at home – in the times when I am most active as a football player, I have experienced significant health and athletic performance benefits. Physical therapy and massage therapy are a big part of why I have been consistently healthy and available during the football season. In fact, both my wife and I count on counting as many of these professionals as our friends. I definitely respect the massage therapy and more so the people who work as massage therapists.
