President Donald Trump hosts the popular Italian football club Juventus FC in the White House on Wednesday as the team is in the United States for Club -VM.
During the visit, when the players were behind Trump’s desk in the oval office, Trump brought the subject of transient athletes in women’s sports during a long expense over former President Joe Biden.

“He was never too open, and you would think he was never too transgender for all or men playing in women’s sports,” Trump said.
The president then turned around to meet the Juventus players and asked a question.
“Could a woman do your team, fellas?” He asked.
The players exchanged all glances but no one gave an answer.
The president then turned to the team’s general manager Damien Comolli and asks the same question.
“We have a very good women’s team,” Comolli said.
But Trump pressed Comolli and repeated the question “But they should play with women?”
Comolli did not offer an answer at that time.
“Look, they are very diplomatic,” Trump mocked.

Trump has done combating trans athletes in women and girls have a key pill in his second administration’s agenda.
Trump signed “Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports” executive order on February 5 after the campaign strongly about the question in 2024.
However, Trump’s executive order has been met with a fierce opposition from democratic state leaders across the country.
Trump’s administration is already engaged in a lawsuit against Maine and has been sued by Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison also over the question. Federal IX studies have also been opened in California and Massachusetts’ high school sports leagues.

Of the 2,128 people who participated, 79% biological men who identify themselves as women said should not be allowed to participate in women’s sports. Of the 1,025 people who identified themselves as Democrats or inclined Democrat, 67%said transkon athletes should not be allowed to compete with women. Among 1,022 Republicans, this number was 94%.
