Kanye West has issued custody to his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.
West’s lawyer sent a legal letter to Kardashian Friday after noticing North’s presence at Monday’s Met Gala.
“Reports show that North was left unattended in a vehicle during parts of the event, which poses risks to her security,” the Yeezy founder in the letter claimed and accommodates the reality star’s previous concerns that West could potentially put his children in “situations that are chaotic.”
Father-of-four then doubled on the risks associated with his preteen daughter being exposed to “significant media role.”
The letter pointed out that Kardashian “published or [authorised] The release of North’s images and videos on social media platforms “After the gala despite his” explicit objections to his children’s presence on such platforms. “
West demanded that the skim -founder “cease and refrain from actions that violate the” rapper’s “parent’s rights, exploit his children and violate the joint custody agreement created” in their divorce settlement.

He raised that his interaction with North, 11, daughter Chicago, 7 and son Psalm, 6, also “has been unreasonably limited.”
The heartless rapper has demanded Kardashians Star stops sending or authoring the release of photos and videos of the kids and removing all content that was uploaded without his permission.
He also wants her to stop involving the children in public events without his consent.
West has also demanded “unobstructed access” to his four children and “instant personal visit.”
West, whose divorce from Kardashian was completed in November 2022, has warned that he will “seek only legal and/or physical custody” if the ex-wife does not comply with his conditions.
Meanwhile, sources close to Kardashian told TMZ That West was never denied access to the children and he rarely asks to meet them.
