Karachi is ready to witness a mixture of weather conditions for the next three days, with sunshine, fog and cloudy sky expected to change, according to Pakistan Meteorological Department.

Residents are advised to be prepared for sudden changes in temperature and visibility, especially in the early morning hours when fog can affect traffic.

In addition, Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) predicts that the weather in Pakistan has become dry again as the rain -bearing system that affected most of Punjab, including Lahore, has moved out.

In Punjab, a dry spell is expected in most districts, with severe cold and partially cloudy sky predicted for Murree, Galyat and neighboring areas.

In Sindh, the weather will remain dry in most districts, although a few areas can experience partial cloud cover. Similarly, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, dry and cold weather is expected in most districts where the top regions experience severe cold.

In Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, a cold and partially cloudy weather pattern is expected to continue. The southern regions of Balochistan are also expected to experience dry and cold weather where northern areas see serious cold conditions.

The dry weather is set to last over the weekend with a continued cold spell in the country’s northern and central regions.
