WhatsApp experienced a peak of 120 reported outages, with 55% of users reporting issues with sending messages, 32% with server connectivity and 13% with the application itself
On average, people’s complaints were about websites, respective applications, and server connectivity, but the majority of complaints were about the inability to connect to the Internet.
When they asked some Stormfiber users, most of them said they had “really bad internet” last night; however, a user did not see much change in their connection quality. Mostly, these problems lasted only till midnight when people saw a return to normal services from this morning.
