Katy Perry released his album 143 Last year. But it was opened for mixed reviews.
In an interview with PeopleThe Dark horse Hitmaker reflected his way of tackling the negative reviews.
She remembers her therapist’s advice on bad reviews and said, “You shouldn’t read it when it’s good. Don’t read it when it’s bad.”
“My therapist said something that really changed my life. What someone thinks of you is none of your business. That’s what you think of yourself,” she continued.
In addition, Katy said she would make a difference to her fans through her music.
“I created this album out of a real shift in my life when I became a mother and I really knocked on the feminine divine energy. The messages on it are festive. They are about love,” she shared.
Katy concluded that the music “celebrates love and this unconditional love that I have been looking for all my life and never really knew that existed.”
