Katy Perry has hailed Pope Francis after his funeral.

The legendary Pope Francis died on April 21 at the age of 88 with the funeral mass, which took place on April 26 at St. Peters Torv.

After the funeral, Katy went to Instagram stories and remembered the late legendary leader of the Catholic Church.

Katy posted a black and white photo of himself with the Pope at United for Cure Conference on Cancer Research, which took place in April 2018 in the Vatican City.

The image that became a caption with “Rest in Peace”, Katy, who held the pope’s hand during the meeting.

It is worth mentioning that Katy had previously praised pope during his conversation with Vogue.

Katy Perry said at the time, “I’m such a big fan of Pope Francis. It’s a combination of compassion, humility, rigor and rejection. He’s a rebellion.”

In particular, Pope Francis, who fought for lung disease, received tribute from several celebrities on the A list after his death.

This tribute comes in the middle of setback over Katy Perry’s recent trip to the room.

The singer was among the six women who traveled to the room of Blue Origin’s All-Female Space Flight. However, she was brutally toasted after the flight from fans and colleagues celebrities.
