Keith Olbermann apologizes for controversial posts to Scott Jennings

Former ESPN and MSNBC contributions Keith Olbermann on Tuesday released an apology after deleting a controversial social media post on CNN Conservative Commentator Scott Jennings.

Olbermann’s original post was screened by Townhall-Spalstist Dustin Grage, who showed Olbermann Writing, “You’re Next Mother — is,” and “But Continue Mugging for the Camera,” at Jennings almost two weeks after Charlie Kirk was murdered at an event at Campus at Utah Valley University.

Jennings later shared screenshots of Olbermann’s positions that feel the FBI Director Kash Patel.

Olbermann’s Apology Post came on Tuesday, which suggested his message was “wrongly interpreted.”

“I apologize without reservation to [Scott Jennings]. Yesterday I wrote and immediately deleted 2 answers to him about Kimmel because they could be mistakenly interpreted as a threat to something besides his career. I immediately replaced them with those who specified what I actually meant, ”wrote Olbermann.

“I am against and condemn political violence and the threat of it. All times are the wrong time to leave even an unintentional impression of it – but this time is especially wrong. I should have recognized the deletion and apologized yesterday. I’m sorry I was delaying.”

Olbermann has been exposed to huge setbacks in recent days for his controversial posts about Kirk and Jimmy Kimmel. He Heathered the late conservative influencer Last week after it was announced that several TV -affiliated companies, including those owned by Sinclair, would prevent Kimel’s show.

“Burn in Hell, Sinclair,” Olbermann wrote on X. “Together with Charlie Kirk.”

He maintained that nothing Kimmel said in his comments about Kirk was untrue.

Last week, Kimmel accused Conservatives of reaching “new low lower” in an attempt to establish a leftist ideology on 22-year-old suspect Tyler Robinson, though prosecutors confirmed these ties in his indictment.

“We hit some new low low over the weekend with the Maga Band, desperately trying to characterize this child who murdered Charlie Kirk as something other than one of them and does everything they can to score political points from it,” Kimmel said.

Kimel’s comments came one day after both the FBI officials and the Utah government Spencer Cox said Robinson held a “leftist ideology” and was increasingly radicalized in recent years. It was also revealed that he had a romantic relationship with a transgender partner who was biologically male and switched to her.
