Kelly, who previously discussed speculation about a potential trade, said she was happy to be told that Stafford would be left with Rams.

“Holy’s — am I so glad we’re here,” she said on Thursday.

“He is very good at dividing everything,” Kelly said of her husband. “Me on the other side when he says you think of the uncertainty all the time, you get crazy-I got crazy I went so crazy.”

After the end of the 2024 season, speculation began to build around Staffford’s future with Rams. The original reports indicated that the team was hesitant to renegotiate the four -year -old, $ 160 million contract extension, which he signed in 2022.
