King Charles Gardener wastes the beans on his work ethics

King Charles Former Gartner Høberer praise on the monarch.

Jack Stook, who worked in Royal Gardens for 20 years, reveals that the king was really interested in his work.

“He was very much on the ball all the time. If he came home on the weekend, he would be out in the garden and check what’s done, what’s not done,” Jack revealed.

“He would be like, ‘This has to be done to do,’ Jack remembered. “So it was really good to know that you are working for someone who actually took everything in.”

Jack said to Mirror, “He was interested in the garden that he knew what was going on. So we all had the feeling of satisfaction that we would get something right and know that it was actually enjoyed and admired by the person who owns it.”
