King Charles is encouraged to slow down as he undergoes treatment of cancer.
His Majesty, who recently canceled his visit to the Pope because of a health update from his doctors, is asked to give a chance at work to other senior members of the royal family.
The royal author and expert Phil Dampier said: “King Charles has always worked hard and is known for burning midnight oil and even falling asleep at his desk and working so many hours.
“But those days must be a saga of the past, and it is important that he takes care of his health and cuts down his workload.
“He has to set the pace on himself – as the Queen has said he is hopeless about doing – and she is probably the only person he wants to listen to.
He added: “It is a golden opportunity for other members of the royal family.
“William has been very prominent recently, and Kate is apparently going back to health from her own cancer treatment.
“Sophie has done excellent on the recent jobs here and abroad and has become a star athlete and should have the opportunity to do more.
“There is no Harry and Meghan, and no Prince Andrew. Princess Anne is in the 70s and was even in the hospital last year. There should be an opportunity for Sophie to be allowed to do more,” the expert suggests.
