New York Knicks has been in a coaching conundrum.
After doing the longest they have been in the 21st century (Games 6 in the Eastern Conference Final), they decided that five seasons were enough for head coach Tom Thibodeau.

They have allegedly made requests for several candidates, including Dalla’s Maverick’s head coach Jason Kidd, but to no avail.
It’s definitely a confusing time for Knicks, but Guard Deuce McBride doesn’t emphasize yet.
“We remain positive. It’s all good. We make it work,” McBride, who joked that the decision is “over my Paygrade,” Pakinomist Digital told Fanatics party in New York.
Fanatics party took place about a mile away from where McBride plays his home matches – Madison Square Garden and Javits Center both have just on 34th Street in Manhattan.

Although A-lists like Tom Brady, LeBron James, Derek Jeter and John Cena had huge follow-ups, McBride’s was practically no different and was right in his city.
“The love I get, it’s a special place. To play in New York that is nothing similar,” added McBride.
Knicks let go of Thibodeau before his extension of $ 30 million even kicked in.
It wasn’t that long ago that Knicks was considered a laughable in the league. They missed the playoffs for seven consecutive years before Thibodeau’s employment and won 17 games in 2018-19.

However, under Thibodeeau’s leadership, they played playoffs in each of the last three years the first time they had done it since 2010-2013. They also played playoffs in four out of his five seasons, a feat not achieved since the late 90s.
