The KP government has submitted an application in the Supreme Court that seeks to become a party to the ongoing review case regarding reserved seats.
The petition was submitted by the KP YP YP General Attorney and claimed that the government and the speaker are necessary parties.
The application argues that the petries deliberately excluded the KP government and added that the court’s decision directly affects its fundamental rights and interests.
The KP government has requested SC to formally include it as a respondent in the case of reserved seats.
