San Francisco 49ers Head coach Kyle Shanahan neglected an intense sideline spat with the dissatisfied receiver Jauan Jennings, who took place in the first half of Sunday’s loss to Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and told journalists this week that it was simply an “intense” conversation.

After the game, Jennings complained his injuries. He said he was playing with five broken ribs and a tall and low ankle sprain.
Shanahan said Monday he had no problem with Jennings revealing his list of injuries.

“Yes, I think Jauan is in a good mental space. I think Jauan is a very emotional player. I think it is one of the things that makes him great. So at any time we have a hard loss like that he is beaten up and plays through a lot of things I don’t think he is in the best mood, especially after a loss like that. But Jauan is good.
