Football super star Kylian Mbappé missed out on Real Madrid’s Club World Cup opening match on Wednesday and the team revealed the reason.
Real Madrid said on Thursday that Mbappé was hospitalized due to acute gastroenteritis. The team added Mbappe reviews “A number of tests” and will “follow the appropriate course of treatment” after getting results.

Real Madrid has a game scheduled for Sunday against Pachuca in Club -VM.
Mbappé is in his first season with Real Madrid and scored 43 goals in 56 performances for the Spanish club.
