Lahore police have arrested 20 individuals, including both men and women, to be intoxicated at a dance party hosting at a private hotel on Gurumangat Road.

Authorities seized bottles of alcohol, shisha smoking equipment, dance bars and sound systems under the raid, which was performed after a tip-off received by Ghalib Market Police Station.

The arrested individuals include a mix of locals and others, such as Aini, Ramla, Shahbaz, Sonam, Nisha Sajad, Umar, Aqsa, Nida, Ajwa, Waqar, Zohaib and Ali Shah.

These persons have been booked under various charges and investigations are in progress.

SP Ikhlaq Allah Tarar confirmed that the crash of those who violate the sound law will continue in the future.
