Luxury car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini said it will debut its latest sports car in Metaverse.
Temerario and its GT3 counterpart will be available as digital collectibles in limited edition in the open world-made Wilder World, according to an email message shared with Coindesk on Monday.
Metaverse is a virtual reality world that allows people to interact with each other, play games and transaction, often involving digital version of real life.
There was a lot of hype around Metaverse during the digital asset bull market in 2021, when Mark Zuckerberg renamed Facebook “Meta” to reflect its focus on this area.
However, much of this interest faded over the next two years when user engagement stagnated and many companies moved their attention to artificial intelligence (AI).
