- We have many more leaked images of the DJI Neo 2
- Pricing and availability details have also been rumored
- The drone could make its debut in China sometime today
We’re more than ready to see the successor to the DJI Neo, which launched in September 2024, and with the DJI Neo 2 now seemingly imminent, a slew of leaked images of the drone and its bundles have hit the web.
These images come from reliable tipster Igor Bogdanov, who has posted images of the DJI Neo 2 from various angles, from above and below, and with its accompanying kit. There is a very good chance that this is what the drone will end up looking like.
In fact, there have been a ton of DJI Neo 2 leaks over the past day or two. The drone is said to weigh 135 grams, just like the current model, but upgrades to durability and flight time are expected.
From these and other image leaks, we can see that the design has also been refined. There’s a two-axis gimbal up front for added stability, which we can also see in leaked retail packaging @OsitaLV.
Price and availability

According to those in the know, including the team at New Camera, the DJI Neo 2 will indeed be unveiled in China sometime later today, Thursday 30 October – with a European launch following on Thursday 13 November.
As for the US, it sounds like a launch in that market is still up in the air. There is still the distinct possibility of a ban on DJI products in the US which could take effect in the near future. This has understandably put future launches in doubt.
According to tipster @billbil_kun and Dealabs, the starting price for the DJI Neo 2 (with the so-called Solo Bundle) will be £209 in the UK, €239 in Europe and $259 in the US if it ever gets there. We have no rumors of availability or pricing for Australia yet.
That’s quite a bump over the price of the DJI Neo, which launched at $199 / £169 / €199 / AU$299, although it’s not clear if the bundles exactly match. Later today, and over the next few weeks, all of this should be made official.
