LeBron James’ new Hennessy advertising has resulted in a lawsuit being filed against him.
NBA’s leading goal scorer announced that his “second decision” was a new signature bottle, but he teased the message the day before, and many thought the “decision” would be a pension at the end of the season.
After the teaser video fell, Andrew Garcia bought two tickets to Los Angeles Lakers’ match against Cleveland Cavaliers – who drafted James in 2003 – for about $ 432 each at Ticketmaster, according to TMZ Sports.

Garcia told TMZ Sports that James owes him “fraud, deception, wrong representation and any basis for legal recovery.”
“I wouldn’t have bought it if he wouldn’t retire. Plain and simple,” Garcia told the outlets.
According to Stubhub, the average fare doubled almost from $ 250 to $ 500 after the teaser video, with sales rising 20 times in the first hour after the announcement, mostly for the team’s last home game of the season.
A representative of James did not immediately respond to Pakinomist Digital’s request for comment.
In Monday’s teaser, James declared that the message would be “the decision on all decisions” and speculation ran dramatically as he will soon begin his record-breaking 23rd NBA season.
Last week, 40-year-old James did not offer much clarity about his plans for possible retirement.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to play the game I love in another season,” James said September 29. “But the journey stipulates this year, I’m super -invested because I don’t know when the ending is. I know it’s a lot before later.”
James has hardly shown any signs of slowing down. In his age-40-season he average he 24.4 points, 8.2 assists and 7.8 rebounds. He released 10 triple Doubles this last season-Hans most since 2019-20, when he won his fourth NBA championship.
After turning 40 on December 30, average James 25.1 points per Fight, most of any player 40 years or older.

James became the first player in the NBA story to play in the league at the same time as his son, Bronny James, who was drafted by Lakers last summer. The two played 21 games together.
