Legos recreated some iconic tech-tech over the years in brick-built form, but this surprise debut on San Diego Comic Con might just take the cake. You may have heard rumblings, but LEGO GAME BOY is real and I have kept it.
It’s almost a 1: 1 -Replica of the iconic game that is handheld that you collect out of 421 pieces. However, not only do you want to build the console as you also build Games Paks for two legendary titles: The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Super Mario Land. Although these are not exactly playful, you can swap the ‘screen’ to the console’s loading system or moments from the games.
The best news here, in addition to the rest of the details I also get, may be just the price. Although this is a collaboration with Nintendo, the LEGO kept the prize on the more affordable side of $ 59.99 / £ 54.99 / AU $ 99.99-JA, much for a little over 400-part set, but it is a unique collaboration.
LEGO GAME BOY goes up for pre -order tomorrow and starts sending on October 1, 2025. I suppose this will be a very popular gift when we enter the holiday season and that is for the attention of details that LEGO has done here. As 1: 1 -Replica, you build call controls for contrast and volume as well as all main buttons: Select, start, +Control Pad, A and B buttons.
LEGO GAME BOY was revealed on San Diego Comic-Con 2025 with LEGO Batman Arkham Asylum-As you can see Techradar’s reveal of here in a booth containing a shrunk but still quite large, created-of-Lego replica of the conference center.
You can see a gallery with it below, plus a look at the other eight sets that premiered on the show. These include Stranger Things Brickheadz and more new sets of theme for wicked, in front of Evil for good Arriving later in 2025.
