- Lenovos Magic Bay Skin is a modular heads-up screen for thinkbook-laptop computers
- It is fastened magnetic via Pogo Pin and supports Lenovo AI now
- Designed for multitasking it always keeps it on skin notes and messages from the main screen
In March 2025 I wrote about Lenovo Tiko, part of the selection of Magic Bay accessories for Lenovo Thinkbook 16p Gen 6.
It was shown on the MWC 2025 in Barcelona, and was described by the company as a “compact AI -emotional interaction buddy.” I suggested it was a bit like a physical Microsoft Bob in the 21st century.
Thinkbook 16P Gen 6 was built for expandability and modularity, and Lenovo created a number of affiliated accessories for it, including Tiko, which was said to offer status in emoji-style, interactive gesture-based answers and personalized emoji messages.

The pictures showed that it had an expressive AI interface to help users stay informed and engaged throughout their work day.
For anyone looking for something less childish, there was also Lenovo Magic Bay Tiko Pro, a more serious alternative that offers a real -time sweatshot interface.
It would be an always assistant to help streamline information, Lenovo said.
In IFA 2025, Lenovo revealed much more about the Magic Bay concept, including that it has a new name – say goodbye to Tiko and Hello to Lenovo Magic Bay Skin.
Lenovo also announced that the add -on will soon be available in limited markets. What markets these will be is unknown to now, but China seems like a safe effort for at least one of them.
According to Lenovo, this heads-up screen is magnetically attaching via POGO PIN and offers users a practical, screen-free way to expand their work area to intelligent multitasking.
I wonder if its designers will also free Webcam from its fixed position, like Honor Magicbook Art 14 because it would be a good move.
But what is the poenget with it all, I hear you ask. The company says it’s “ideal for keeping transcription, notes or notifications from the main screen.” Personally, it’s not something I feel like I need, but I’m happy to be proven wrong.
In addition, Lenovo has confirmed that the always-on-skin will integrate seamlessly with Lenovo AI now help to give users a more focused and more efficient workflow.
