A cousin to Le’Veon Bell has been awarded $ 25 million after she claimed that the former NFL star sexually assaulted her for about a decade, starting when she was a child.
In a March 2024 lawsuit filed in Franklin County, Ohio, the cousin claimed Bell began to have incestuous relations with her without her consent when she was about 6 years old, and it continued until she turned 18 in 2017.
TMZ, citing court documents, reported that the woman was awarded millions in a verdict two weeks ago.

“My client hardly denies all claims filed against him. Besides, he was never preached with a civil complaint or any documents,” Bell’s lawyer, Thomas W. Shaffer, said in a statement to TMZ.
“The assigned standard decision was based on violations of his fifth change rights for the proper process of not being preached. My client is in the process of submitting a proposal to open and reversing the standard decision because the profits of the case have never been trial.”
Bell took to the streaming platform Twitch to further preserve his innocence.

“I just found out that this is brewing up maybe about two days ago … when TMZ hit me. They got my number,” Bell said, according to the New York Post. “The same cousin who were my football matches at all. Do you think Le’Veon Bell, should I force myself to a woman? Is there anyone? Do I need to force myself to them? I don’t.
“I put this on all of my children’s lives, my mother’s life. I put this on everything. I’ve never ever pushed myself on a girl when she doesn’t want it-I have never forced myself on anyone. I got my choice of litter. Stop this s — Right now. Let’s not be my cousin?
“My number is so loud, thousands of women, killed by the dragon. I made killed so many women that it is like a f — ing Dragon Bro. I’m a Dragon Slayer out here.”

Bell’s younger brother, La’Vonte, was ordered to pay their cousin another $ 11 million, according to the position, with reference to court documents.
