LHC to hear Imran’s bail plea in May 9 proceedings

LAHORE:

The Lahore High Court (LHC) is to hear the bail applications filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan in eight cases linked to the May 9 incidents.

A two-member bench, headed by LHC Chief Justice Aalia Neelum, will hear the petitions today.

Imran Khan has applied for bail in several cases, including the Jinnah House attack and other related charges.

In his petition, he has claimed that he was in National Accountability Bureau (NAB) custody on May 9, the day the incidents took place.
