Islamabad:

LHCBA filed a various petition in the Supreme Court on Thursday and requested the postponement of a meeting of the legal commission that planned to take place on February 11.

In his petition, LHCBA said the Court had issued messages in the 26th Constitutional Continuation Case, while a hearing was convened for appointment of judges in the Supreme Court. It added that a general impression was that the meeting had been called for “forensic gasket”.

The appointment of the Eight Supreme Court judges will be considered at the legal commission meeting on February 11.
