Liam Payne’s sister Ruth Gibbins wrote a touching note to his brother on his sixth-month death year’s day
Gibbins went to his Instagram account on Wednesday, April 16 to pay tribute to the deceased singer-songwriter who died at the age of 31 after falling from a building on several floors in Argentina
“My head is still screaming after you,” Gibbins began. “Every morning on the wake, I feel like I’m thrown under the water, gasping for air that will never relieve me. Living without you is impossible, so for now I exist. I learn to laugh or smile in the right places, but buddy, it’s exhausting when all I want to do is talk to you.”
She continued to say, “In the few moments I allow myself to feel love and not just loss. I can really smile at the memories of us, just like last year when we were doubled to laugh at us trying to do something we had seen on YouTube, but memories are always praised with sadness over how unreasonable it is, we can’t make new ones.”
The One Direction Alum’s sister shared that she feels he is laughing and walking around her “like Whoopi Goldberg in Ghost” and looking after him wherever she goes.
“I see you, though, you always get through in different ways to sit back on the right path. I can’t treat what has happened and the finality of what you know I will never stop doing everything I can for you. I miss you loud, quiet and in all moments between, Gibbins tied.
“Love you so much more than these words or my tears are able to express, but I know you know this. For now I want to meet you in my dreams,” she concluded.
It is relevant to mention that the fatal fall of Casasur Palermo Hotel’s balcony took place in October 2024.
