- Nutribullet and McLaren have joined forces on a set of three theme blenders
- Each blender has McLaren’s signature gray and papaya livery colors
- The original versions of all three received high scores from our reviewers
Nutribullet, producer of some of the world’s best blenders, has joined forces with McLaren Formula 1 team for a set of F1-theme soup and smoothie makers. The collaboration may sound like a delayed April Fools Customs, but it is very real, and the three race-clear blenders are available to buy now directly from the Nutribullet.
According to the Nutribullet, the three blenders are “added to McLaren’s signature papaya aesthetic – blend speed, precision and innovation from the racing track to the kitchen.”
The trio includes the Nutribullet X McLaren F1 Team Portable – a new version of the Nutribullet Portable blender we underwent last year. Our tests Victoria Woolaston praised its light weight, making it ideal for transporting to the office or gym and its very reasonable price tag. Its battery life was also impressive, and she found that it lasted about two weeks between charges in typical use.
She noticed that it fought something with particularly harsh ingredients, and it was sometimes necessary to run two mixing cycles to incorporate difficult vegetables into smoothies, but no more than other single-server blenders at this price.

Also on the start network is the Nutribullet X McLaren F1 Team Pro 900: A Papaya and Graphite-Hued version of the more powerful Nutribullet 900. Our reviewer Emily Peck found that the 900 consistently produced good results and noted that it is a particularly good choice for small kitchens.
“There is only one setting, but it gives you 50% more power than the original Nutribullet, with the fast leaf that delivers super-smooth results,” she said.
Finally, there is Nutribullet X McLaren F1 Team Ultra. The original Nutribullet Ultra earned four and a half out of five stars in our review, producing silky smoothies and nicely structured hummus with ease. It is also one of the quieter blenders we have tested to date.
There has recently been a trend in kitchen appliances for subtle, natural shades such as buttery yellow and green, but if it is not your style, one of these blenders could add a welcome shock of color to your kitchen. You can even use one to whip a quick papaya and coconut smoothie for refreshing during this weekend’s Bahrain Grand Prix.
