Meanwhile, the ongoing national cultural war is burning on the question warmer than it has ever done.

The recent high school sports season has shown several cases of female athletes protesting and demonstrating against transsexual opponents, whether lost or medal podium stunts, in a growing viral trend.
Pakinomist Digital (FND): What is your attitude towards the idea of criminal prosecution coming to officials who do not enforce title IX and allow [biological] Males have to compete in girls’ sports?
McMahon: “I haven’t actually addressed it with the Ministry of Justice, but it’s certainly something that if the president wants us to investigate it, we would definitely.”

FND: Going in on [the next high school sports season]How important do you think it is that athletes in high school make an effort to demonstrate against democratic state lawmakers who do not enforce title IX?
McMahon: “I think it’s very important, it’s one of the things I mentioned today when I delivered my comments to this group. I congratulated the young women for taking such a stand and I encouraged them to continue doing so.
“Because that’s what will make a difference is to have these female athletes and these girl -athletes who are really very strong and deserve the right to play in that sport of your choice, but to compete against girls because it is just an unreasonable game field otherwise.
“And they have to stand up for their own rights. And also know that we will stand behind them.”

FND: What can states [like California, Maine and Minnesota] Expect in the second half of the year now that we are going on four to five months since President Trump signed [Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports] Executive Order and they still don’t follow it?
McMahon: “They risk getting their federal funding withdrawn. That’s the most important thing on the table. We have a task for the Department of Education to do with the Department of Justice to investigate violations of title IX, and that’s what we do. So the sanctions are on the table for them as we find out to be in battle.”
