Education Secretary Linda McMahon fired by a warning to those who still allow transking athletes in girls and women’s sports in a social media post on Tuesday.

President Donald Trump signed “No Men Men In Women’s Sports” executive order in early February to ban biological men from competing in girls and women’s sports. However, some states have refused to comply with the order, while NCAA, which changed its trans-inclusion policy, faced criticism of potentially allowing loopholes in its rules.

McMahon put everyone on warning.

“To all the devices that continue to allow men to compete in women’s sports and use women’s intimate facilities: There is a new sheriff in the city,” she wrote at X.

“Trump administration no longer allows you to get rid of refusing women’s bourgeois rights.”

Several high school associations could not comply with Trump’s executive order, but the biggest feud has come between the Trump administration and the state of Maine, and it has only escalated in the months since the order was signed.

Maine -Legislators send a letter to Trump condemning government Janet Mills over Trans athletes in girls’ sports policies

On Tuesday, 14 Maine State Senators signed a letter sent to the White House condemning the Janet Mills Conference to continue supporting trans-cladding in girls’ and women’s sports. The 14 senators wrote that Main’s current policies enabling Trans -Inclusion, violated the law on educational rights and privacy, as well as section IX.

The US Ministry of Agriculture (USDA) froze the funding to the state last week, and a reference to the Ministry of Justice has been referred to the ongoing trans cluttering in girls’ sports in the state.

Maine -officials brought a lawsuit against the USDA on financing freezing on Monday. Trump and Mills had a public spit in which Trump promised to see the democratic governor in court on the issue.

Recently, US fences, disk golf and ncaa woman’s rooting have also come under fire for having allowed a biological man to compete against women.

Fencer Stephanie Turner took a knee in protest of competing against a transient athlete. Disk Golf player Abigail Wilson followed with a public statement of the lack of justice in trans athletes competing against women in her sport.

Ithaca College came under fire earlier this month for allowing a transgender athlete to compete on his team despite NCAA’s changed politics. The trans -athlete competed in Cayuga -Duals, but only in the third Varsity eight event that is not incorporated into the NCAA Championship qualification. Ithaca called it a “misunderstanding.”
