Lisa Kudrow opens up about a secret note from Matthew Perry

Lisa Kudrow recently opened up about a note she received from Matthew Perry.

In a recent episode of The Drew Barrymore Showthe No good deed actress spoke candidly about her friendship with her late co-star.

“Matthew gave it to me at the end of our last episode,” she began to say.

Kudrow and Perry starred alongside Jennifer Aniston, David Schwimmer, Courteney Cox and Matt LeBlanc in the comedy comedy. Friends.

Recalling when Perry had given his cookie tin with a note inside from the set, Perry continued, “I had recently found the note he had in it for me.”

“I hadn’t opened it or looked into it. But yes, he did. He had a note in there and I forgot about it.”

Furthermore, the 61-year-old actress has not shared the message from the note, but concluded by saying at the time, “Timing is everything.”

Earlier, Kudrow also talked about the same cookie jar on Jimmy Kimmel live show, and recalled, “We shot a scene years before we were done.”

“My line was, ‘Ohhh, I’m late. I better get going,’ and it was too late when I realized I don’t have a watch.”

“When the words came out I said, ‘Oh good there’s a clock’ and I motioned to it and said, ‘Oh, look at the time. I’d better get going’.”

The Boss Baby The actress ended up sharing Perry’s joke when the shoot ended, saying, “Did you point at the cookie jar and say, ‘Look at the time’?” and at that point he “laughed hysterically and cried”.

For those unaware, Perry died of acute effects of ketamine at the age of 54 in October 2023.
