Lizzo has a problem with the current state of the music industry, which she addresses in a recent social media post.
By going to Tiktok, the Grammy winner claims that the industry is currently in a state of “complete chaos” that expresses her resistance to the “algorithmic model” in the music industry.
She continues her run that musicians previously “serviced songs for certain channels and radio stations”, adding, “an increasingly overloaded internet space” meant that there is no clear channel for people to put out their music and serve the masses. ”
Despite having a strong subsequent on Tiktok, Lizzo shares that she is still struggling to get the prospects that she attributes to the solution: artists “must serve your people.”
She suggests they should make a private fan side and “have a dialogue with people who actually give a **** …”
In other news, Lizzo reflects on his journey in weight loss in an interview with Women’s Health UK
“I like how I look now. I still think I’m big. I still have clothes on plus size. I have the same rolls. I got the same stomach, the same thighs I think I’m just a smaller version,” she shares.
The Pink Hitmaker continues, “Body positivity has nothing to do with remaining the same. Body positivity is the radical act of daring to exist loudly and proud in a society that told you not to exist.”
Lizzo meanwhile released his third mixtape, My face hurts to smileearlier this summer.
