Liscomb is currently the President of Maine Principals ‘Association (MPA), which supports transking athletes’ participation in school sports based on gender identity and has been the subject of control of President Donald Trump’s administration on the issue.
Blanchard, who showed up at the meeting in a “Maga” hat and a t-shirt by head of government Janet Mills, who reads, “You fired,” started his speech by praising the six of the seven members of the board who voted to adopt the 2020 interpretation of title IX, who did not let Trans athletes compete as girls.
Blanchard also condemned the board member who voted against it, which received the first interruption from Witham.
“Good job and thanks to the six members who voted to go back to the 2020 interpretation of title IX, and shame on the one board member who voted no,” BLANGARD.
Witham then cut him off and said, “I’m sorry but negative comments will not be allowed.”
Blanchard then continued to discuss his petition to get Liscomb removed.

“This petition asks … If you school board members want to put a vote,” BLANGARD began before he was cut off again by Witham.
Witham told Blanchard that his statements would “not be tolerated” and warned him that he would be asked to leave the podium if he continued to make “defamatory remarks.”
When Blanchard asked how his remarks were “defamatory,” Medam replied by saying “I don’t have to explain it to you.”
“These comments are not tolerated at the meeting aimed at us or to anyone else in this room,” Witham said.
Blanchard then accepted to continue with his speech without referring to Liscomb by name.
“So, like most of you know, someone who is the president of Maine Principal’s Association,” BLANGARD began before being interrupted by Witham for the last time.
“No, close enough. I’m sorry for what you’re done, Mr. Blanchard,” Witham said, ordering him from the podium.
When Blanchard went away, he shouted “Communist China right here!”

Maine is currently regarded as Ground Zero in the national debate on trans -cluttering in girls and women’s sports, as several federal agencies have charged pressure on the state since February to change its current policies that enable Trans clutter.
The US Ministry of Agriculture froze the funding to the state last week, and the Department of Health and Human Services has already referred the Maine Department of Education, MPA and Greely High School to the Ministry of Justice.
Friday is the deadline for the state to change its current policies or face another reference to the Ministry of Justice of the US Education Department.
