The battle between Trump administration and the state of Maine is approaching two months in the middle of Pine Tree State, who continues to allow transnry athletes to compete against biological women.

Libby filed a lawsuit last month seeking to get her voting rights and speak rights restored. She was initially told that she would have her rights restored if she apologized for the post. Libby has said she will not apologize, but has said she is willing to drop the suit if her distrust falls.
