First at Fox: A letter signed by 14 Maine State Senators was sent to the White House on Tuesday, condemning Head of Government Janet Mills for her continued support for trans -clad in girls’ sports.
The letter obtained by Pakinomist Digital also praised President Donald Trump’s administration for his handling of the situation in Maine. The US Ministry of Agriculture (USDA) froze the funding to the state last week, and a reference to the Ministry of Justice has been referred to the ongoing trans cluttering in girls’ sports in the state.
Maine -officials brought a lawsuit against the USDA on financing freezing on Monday.
The 14 senators also claim that Maines’ current policies enabling Trans -Inclusion are violating the law on educational rights and privacy (Ferpa) as well as section IX.

“Dear Mr. President, as you know, the working people in Maine agree with your Commonsense approach to protecting women’s sports and space. We welcome your administration’s efforts to bring Maine in accordance with not only the protection of women and girls guaranteed under the country’s landmark -title IX in the educational changes in 1972, Educational rights and Privacy Act on 1974, “The letter read.
“The majority of adults and students in Maine do not support Janet Mills and her radical politics of forcing girls to compete against men in athletics. For years, the good people in Maine have been held hostage by a few radical progressive progresses from the southern maine, many of which have scarce ties to the state. Girls Sports.
“We still believe that Title IX and Ferpa criminations will continue under the leadership and passivity of Janet Mills. She cannot continue to hide behind her interpretation of Maine Human Rights Act to ignore federal law. Title IX replaces Maine Human Rights Act and the governor has an obligation to be in accordance with federal legislation for both the protection of female atlets and the rights to parents.”
The 14 Senators Who Signed The Letter Are Maine Senate Republican Leader Trey Stewart, Assistant Senate Republican Leader Matthew Harrington, Susan Bernard, Richard Bradstreet, Bruce Bickford, Scott Cryway, Russell Black, Brad Farrin, Stacey Guerin, Joseph Martin, David Haggan, Marianne Moore Libby and Jeff Timberlake.
“The questions I would like Governor Mills and her supporters to answer are, ‘Where are the Maine feminists? Why are they not in support of Maine -Kvant Athletes?'” Guerin told Pakinomist Digital.

Pakinomist Digital reached the White House, Mills and Maine Attoreny General Aaron Frey for comment on the Senator’s letter.
The state has refused to comply with Trump’s order from February to ban trans athletes from girls and women’s sports, causing huge Federal pressure. Trump initially promised to reduce federal funding to the state if it refused to comply with the order during a 20th February speech.
Maine GOP state representative Laurel Libby was one of the most important figures to bring attention to the state’s transposing problem when she made a social media post that identified a trans -bright course and field athlete at Greely High School, who had taken first place in a girls’ polehvel competition after competing as a boy just a year.
Libby’s revelation ignited national conversation and coverage of state’s policy on trans cluttering. Libby was censored by Maine House Democratic majority for her speech on the premise that she identified a minor, but she has since brought a lawsuit to get lost permission.
The US Ministry of Health and Human Services referred Maine Department of Education (MDOE), Maine Principals ‘Association and Greely High School to the Ministry of Justice on March 28, after rejecting several warnings to sign a written agreement to ban trans athletes from girls’ sports.
More potential sanctions could come to the state in the next week.
The US Ministry of Education sent a letter to the Maine Department of Education (MDOE) Monday with the advice of a final deadline on April 11 to tackle the question or risk another reference to the Ministry of Justice. Department of Health and Human Services already referred Maine to Doj Last week.
ONE Examination of The coalition of the American parents found that out of approx. 600 registered Maine voters, 63% said school sports participation should be based on biological sex, and 66% agreed that it is “only fair to limit women’s sports to biological women.”
The survey also found that 60% of residents would support a ballot limiting participation in Women’s and girls’ sports to Biological Women. This included 64% of the independent and 66% of parents with children under the age of 18.
