Rawalpindi:
An alleged case of suspected honor killing has emerged in the Pirwadhai area of Rawalpindi, where a man with the help of relatives allegedly murdered his wife and buried her body in secret.
Police revealed the case during an ongoing investigation.
The man, Zia, had originally filed a lack of personal report and claimed that when he returned on July 11, he found that his wife (SG), whom he married in January, had left home with cash and jewelry after a minor dispute.
He later learned that she had married a man named Usman, despite being already married.

Based on this, police registered a four and began to investigate the incident. A senior police officer who spoke anonymously revealed to the Express Pakinomist that the woman had been brought back and allegedly murdered.
Her body was quietly buried in a nearby area.
During the investigation, the local burial vigor was interrogated, which led to the discovery of the burial site. The suspects reportedly deleted the serious markings to destroy evidence. Police have arrested the digging vigor and others involved.
Efforts are underway to get trial to expel the body and complete a post-mortem.
FIR has been updated to include charges of murder and honor killings. Raids are in the process of arresting the primary suspect and his accomplices. Despite repeated trials, the police spokesman was not available for comments and said the case is undergoing senior officials.
