Police in New York are seeking public help identifying a man accused of throwing an adult toy that hit a 12-year-old girl on A Liberty game in Brooklyn earlier this month.
NYPD CRIME STOPPERS released a video about X Friday showing the alleged suspect in demand for assault after an incident at a Wnba Play on August 5th.

According to the post, the man threw “an object that hit a 12-year-old female victim in the right leg.”

Adult toys have been thrown in at least six WNBA games for the past two weeks. The first happened during a game in Atlanta on July 29th. It happened for the first time in Chicago on August 1 in Los Angeles last week – almost hit Indiana Fever Guard Sophie Cunningham – and again in Chicago on Thursday.
Sex toys were also allegedly thrown at stake in New York and Phoenix on Tuesday last week, but did not seem to reach the court. An 18-year-old man was arrested and indicted after the incident In Phoenix. A man in Georgia was also arrested in connection with the first incident in Atlanta.

Liberty did not immediately respond to a comment request, but a spokesman told NBC New York they are working with police.
“All we can share right now is that there is an ongoing investigation and that we are working with law enforcement,” the spokesman said.
WNBA has taken an active approach to obscene behavior in his games threatening litigation and prosecution, a League spokesman recently told Pakinomist Digital in a statement Friday.

“Security for everyone in our arenas remains a highest priority. We work closely with local and federal law enforcement to pursue all appropriate actions – including arrest and prosecution with crimes where appropriate – against anyone who deals with this behavior or otherwise involved in sponsoring this reckless and unacceptable behavior,” the declaration reads.
An anonymous person associated with a crypto group has assumed responsibility for at least some of the incidents, but WNBA did not respond to requests for comment on the validity of these claims.
