Masters 2025: Mics catches Justin Thomas’ explicit four-word reaction at Augusta

This week, Justin Thomas officially named the exercise of his first prestigious green jacket ever.

But the winner of twice PGA Championship came headlines for some comments during the first round of Masters. Thomas’ tee shot on the eighth hole, also known as Yellow Jasmine, caused an NSFW-Fire-word response from the Golf Pro.

The microphones spread over the well-groomed Augusta National Golf Course picked up Thomas and said, “F — Helle it … cursed it.”

Thomas’ moment of frustration came only one day after he all smiled at Augusta under the fired Masters Par 3 Competition. Thomas went to social media to respond to a “fantastic day” he had with his daughter and families for fellow golfers Jordan Spieth and Max Homa.

“The par 3 competition @themasters was a little different today than the past years! A fantastic day with my girls, Spieth’s and Homa crew. Incredible memories we will cherish forever preparation work, it’s time to come after that,” Thomas drawn an instagram post.

Thomas failed to cut down on Masters in 2023 and 2024. His best finish at the big tournament happened in 2020 when he finished the event in fourth place.

Thomas also produced a top-10 finish at the US Open in 2020. His PGA Championship victory happened in 2017 and 2022.

Thomas went out of the 18th hole in Augusta on Thursday a shot over pari and placed him in a draw for 38th place.
