New Orleans – Maxx Crosby is an optimist, and with Pete Carroll on board as Las Vegas Raiders’ new head coach, the defensive end could not be more excited about the future.
Star Edge Rusher talked to Pakinomist Digital on Radio Row in New Orleans in front of the Super Bowl Lix, and while enjoying his time among his comrades, he will also play in “Big Game” one day.
Carroll has lifted the Lombardi trophy once as a head coach in the NFL, while with Seattle Seahawks and also won two national championships during his time coaching in college.

That championship board is what Crosby thinks Raiders need right now.
“I think it’s pretty straightforward: He has done it. He has done it many times on both levels, college and NFL,” said Crosby, when asked why Carroll was the real man for the Raiders’ main coach performance, While he also promoted his partnership with Saxx underwear on Radio Row.
“For me I’m an optimistic person. I want to be a winner I want a chance to win. From all I’ve seen so far it has been encouraging. So – to take it one step at a time and we ‘ I can see how everything plays out.

Carroll’s influence within the Raiders organization has already been felt by Crosby, and it is the patented energy he brings every day that is “contagious.”
“Every conversation I’ve had with him has been fantastic,” Crosby said. “All energy all the time, my type of person. At the end of the day you have to have fun with what we do, you know what I mean? We are modern gladiators. We go out there – car goes down each Sunday.

“I think he’s doing an incredible job of doing it. I haven’t experienced it yet, but just being around him for a few weeks now, the guy doesn’t stop.”
Crosby offered an example of how funny Carroll is to be back in an NFL building.
“It’s about team, it’s about culture, it’s all about competing,” he began. “That’s what he preaches and lives after. I’ve been able to see it with a brief glimpse so far, but it’s just fun. You hear guys, I’m talking to one of the front office’s guys and he is Like, ‘Yes I have this JBL speaker – [Carroll] gave everyone a speaker. I go upstairs and it sounds like a frat house is going on. ‘There are music bumping all the time and sowing. I love it. This is how I am.
“I think it’s necessary. Energy has to be right and correct and I feel like it leads to success when work is behind it. He has proven it all his life that he can win and know how to wins.
Maxx and Saxx gave perfect sense
When Saxx underwear would collaborate with Crosby, he found it a no-brainer considering the name. But that is what they have done together, which affects the next generation of zero (name, image and equality) deals that have him excited about talking about it in the Super Bowl week.
