Lawn is good for neat, mostly flat, grassy lawns. But what if you have something more challenging? What if your lawn is lumpy, uneven, waxed, filled with roots or super-steep? What if you have a paddock or field to be kept in check?
Mowrator has come to rescue. Its Mowrator S1 is not as much a Lawnbot as an all-in-one, consumer class, courtyard transformer.
For Lawncare, you can think of it as a riding-on mower, but shrunk down, powered by electricity and operator of remote control. Available in four-wheel drive and two-wheeled versions, it is equipped with a 21-inch long, straight blade. It can handle thick, high or wet grass, enter the awkward areas that are usually out of bounds of rocky and scale slopes of up to 85% (about 40 degrees).
When the summer is over, the modular design can be configured again to handle the requirements of different seasons. There is a snowy leaves -fastening, it can vacuum falling leaves in the fall, and you can connect a trailer and use it to transport things like fertilizer.
Yardwork … but make fun
Most robotic lawn mowers navigate independently, but this one is remote controlled. So while it is a more practical choice, it is perfect if your farm has terrain, roots or foliage that a traditional lawn can’t handle. And you can still cut, plowing snow or clear leaves from the comfort of your sofa while monitoring M1’s progress out the window.
It may be a particular game election for seniors or anyone who is struggling with the physical strain of living at the top of the yard’s work-it will take care of a series of strenuous pushing and lifting tasks for you.
It – honestly – looks incredibly fun to use. It’s ready to go straight out of the box, so there’s none of the tedium to map the space and you run it using a playing style remote. A five-layer obstacle detection and avoidance system supports unexpected dangers.
Mowrator M1 can cut 1,125 hectares on a single charge (an additional an additional chassis fan cools the system while cutting, to prevent overheating), and there is a quick charge to take the battery back to fully in just 90 minutes. It is powered by four independent engines, and Morator says it has the same strength as a gas clipping machine, but without emissions or noise.
Mowrator S1 can be purchased now with prices starting from $ 2,499 / £ 2,578.
