Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton’s Cold War have been laid by an expert.
The Duchess of Sussex and the Princess of Wales has been developing an internal rivalry against each other ever since sharing an office in Kensington Palace.
Newsweek’s Royal Editor Jack Ryston tells The Sun’s Royal Exclusive Show: “There was 100 percent definitely a massive rivalry between Sussexes and Waleses dating back to when they shared a private office in Kensington Palace.”
“And this kind of thing, you would definitely cut and dry say was a 100 percent massive rivalry.”
Jack continued: “They want to compete and surpass each other, so there’s probably a bit of it.
The expert added, “I mean it’s hard to move past it.”
“I’m sure there’s an instinct to want to surpass the other couple, whether it’s Waleses or Sussexes.”
This comes as a royal insider claimed, “Meghan seemed uncomfortable with having to publicly play ‘Second Fiddle’ to William and Kate as Superior Royals in the Palace Hierarchy.”
