Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly not entirely agreed how much of their children’s lives should be shared with the public.
Talking with The sunRoyal Expert Jack Royston said the Duchess of Sussex might be more comfortable sending pictures of Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet online.
Harry, the Duke of Sussex, however, does not have the same faith as he is much more private.
Ryston explained that Harry’s strict views come from his own childhood when he and Prince William were constantly in the limelight.
The expert claimed that King Charles and the deceased Princess Diana’s son want his children to grow up from the cameras and be able to choose their own path.
“I can’t get away from the feeling that Harry and Meghan may feel different about whether to show the children or not,” he said.
Royston continued, “and that’s what’s behind this kind of compromise, where Meghan is likely to just put pictures of their faces on Instagram and don’t worry too much about it.
“But I think one of the reasons that Harry is such a hard line with it is because his upbringing obviously.
“He was the most famous child face in Britain, probably the world, everywhere he and William went, they would be recognized.
“And then he wants his children to be able to live in order to choose whether they want a quiet life or their own life.”
When he accepted his views, royal expert Ingrid Seward said, “Absolutely. And Harry hated photographers and he used to stick his tongue out on them.
“And occasionally Diana urged him to do so,” she added.
Another expert, Matt Wilkinson, also said that while Meghan wants a celebrity lifestyle, Harry prefers to keep his life private.
“I was told that a long one, a few years ago, was that there was a little of this debate between Harry and Meghan about how much they wanted their children to be seen in public.
“While Meghan wants to live like a billionaire, she wants a celebrity lifestyle in California, while Harry wants to be a little more private.”
