Meghan Markle’s real intentions before entering the royal family have been questioned.
The Duchess of Sussex, who tied the knot with Prince Harry in 2018, looked at it as a springboard to build his personal brand.
Royal expert Phil Dampier told The Sun: “I think, unfortunately, it confirms what I have said or thought in the last few years that Meghan unfortunately never really had any intention to stay in the royal family. [The late Queen] Then like a springboard marry Harry with new fame and fortune. And I think that’s what was originally Prince William was worried about. “
He added, “And now we’re where we are. But getting this confirmed by someone who is so close to the queen is really dynamite.”
However, a source close to Meghan Page Six tells: “The statements of Mr. Dampier are just that, opinions. They are completely without profit and actually not grounded.
Prince Harry left the royal family back in 2020 with wife Meghan Markle and son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the royal family of showcasing racism to their son and publicly shared their complaints about television. Harry and Meghan now live in California, where they also welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
