Meghan Markle uses his podcast to heal from hard times

Meghan Markle seems to use podcast to make peace with her past

Meghan Markle seems to use her podcast to deal with some of the difficult times she went through during her pregnancies, claimed an expert.

In a recent episode of her podcast, Confessions of a female founder, The Duchess of Sussex talked about wearing high heels while they were strongly pregnant and how to care for two young children can feel overwhelming.

“I always carry my five inches, tip-toed stilettos,” Meghan said. “You have the most huge shock, and your little little ankles support themselves in these high heels …

“So you just go, how on earth I’m not just lashes, you know, facial plantation? I clinged very close to my husband, like,” Don’t let me fall. “

She added, “People forget that Lili is three, and Archie is five years old. So you look at the last five, six years of my life, it’s yes, with being pregnant or with a newborn or with a small child, and then another.”

Psychologist Stefan Walters believes that Meghan may share these memories to help herself feel better over that time, which was not always easy for her.

“Women often romanticize and enjoy the stage of pregnancy and get a newborn baby, and really want to share it with the whole world because it can be such a unique and beautiful time,” Walters told The mirror.

He added that talking about her previous matches could now be her way of making peace with the past and remembering things more positively.

“There is one element in getting another chance here,” Walters said. “Pregnancy was a difficult, painful time for them, and at times she seemed to fight. It wasn’t necessarily associated with a lot of happy memories.

“So now she may feel that she is able to create and relive some happy memories of pregnancy and the first years of her children’s lives.”
