Meghan Markle has trenched his last name for his royal title “Sussex” with an expert who claims that the royal title is crucial to preserving his public image and fire.

Royal expert Pauline Maclaran said she believes that Meghan’s connection to royalty continues to attract the audience as many of her fans still consider her as part of a modern “Cinderella story.”

Talking with ExpressPauline noted that Meghan’s title, “Duchess of Sussex,” adds credibility to her lifestyle mark and the public persona.

“Meghan has continued to use her royal title since returning to the United States, and that’s what draws an audience to her, so that’s pretty important in my opinion for her brand,” she said.
