Your workplace Microsoft -Teams -Chats could soon be productive thanks to a new service that comes to the video conferencing platform.
The company has announced chat notes, a “new collaborative space” where users will be able to share ideas and collaboration on work without having to leave Microsoft teams.
Microsoft says the new feature not only allows real-time online collaboration, but will also help keep your communication in check and increase productivity everywhere.

In a Microsoft 365 Roadmap Post, which announces the news, the company says the company that chat notes will be about, “Activation of real -time collaboration, organization of key information and streamlined communication.”
The tool will be available in group chats along with 1: 1 talks with the opportunity to add extra team members when needed.
The update post does not go into a whole lot of details about what chat notes will look like, but mentions a few features, including the possibility of adding images, format text, sharing loop components and mentioning chat members when you need their attention.
Chat notes are still listed as being developing for now, but has an expected release date in September 2025, so users shouldn’t have too long to wait to super -information their productivity tools.
Upon release, Microsoft says chat notes will be available to teams users at Desktop to begin with, with users around the world capable of accessing it.
The launch will be the latest in a number of recent releases aimed at making Microsoft Teams users more productive when using the service.
This includes adding users to store messages in their conversations and chats, which means users no longer need to trawl back manually through long conversations to find the message they need.
The company also revealed configurable keyboard shortcuts finally comes to Microsoft Teams soon, giving users quick and easy access to the symbols, icons and others, they can use regularly on a daily basis, but once are not close when entering a working environment.
