Microsoft has revealed a number of new AI agents aiming to support sellers in their quest to chase leads and close offers like never before.
The company has announced two new agents and a new accelerator program, all aimed at helping the sale as the increase in AI agents continues.
“Our ambition is to strengthen any employee with a copilot and transform any business process with agents,” noted Jared Spataro, Chief Marketing Officer, AI at work. “Today we advertise two new agents using this ambition for sale – the revenue engine for any business – and can be used right in the flow of work.”
Microsoft Sales AI agents
First up, the sales agent, as Microsoft says, can help “transform contacts into qualified leads” and automate the process of developing leads and preparing customer stays.
The agent can autonomous work all day (and night) to examine leads, create meetings and even reach customers using a company’s existing CRM setup along with company data (eg price sheet), as well as Microsoft 365 data such as emails and maternity notes to ensure each message is accurate. Microsoft says that for some low -power leads it can even make a sale.
Similarly, the new sales chat seems to get sales faster, giving employees access to customer insight much faster and easier.
Using natural languages PROMPS, the agent gives sales representatives action takeaways from CRM data, pitch tires, meetings, e emails and the internet so they can spend less time investigating and more time selling
Both agents can be fine -tuned to any organization’s special needs and will be available within Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Chat, as well as connecting to both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, which means sellers can get offers without ever having to open their CRM.
Finally, Microsoft AI gives accelerator for Sales, available from April 1, 2025, members access to the company’s latest AI products and services along with access to AI experts at Microsoft to help customers migrate from Legacy CRM systems and help with the seller’s adoption, plus “Premium support” and fine-tuning of the agents to even unique business.
