In an honest interview with The cut On Tuesday, the 32-year-old singer put down with her mother, Tish, 58, and her sisters Brandi, 38, and Noah, 25, to discuss the lessons that shaped their new approach to dating and relationships.
While he reflected on his dating history, Miley took a subtle jab on his ex-husband, Liam Hemsworth, and described her previous choice as “wrong.”
Nevertheless, she approached that she had to try to fail to find out what works for her.
“No, I ended up with someone who means a lot to me and treats me really well and respects me,” Miley shared about his current girlfriend, drummer Maxx Morando.
“I had to learn it the hard way because my mother taught me the wrong way, and then I had to learn the right way from myself,” she added.
She also joked about her mother’s early checklist for an ideal partner and noticed that it was not exactly focused on core values.
“Mother was like,” they have to be tall, “teased Miley, highlighting how far her priorities have evolved.
