Minka Kelly did not hesitate to demand a fair salary when she came on board Ransom Canyon as the second lead.
Kelly, 44, allegedly brought the case up with the streamer firsthand and demanded that they match her salary with her Costar Duhamel, Deadline reported.
Although their wages were not completely matched, Kelly’s wages were significantly increased to reduce the gap between the main herd.
The actress also noted in the interview that she “didn’t have to fight very hard” to close the gap between her and her Costar’s salary.
“They made kind of so easy,” she told the business.
“I think it’s probably one of the best things about working with Netflix is that they are very pro it,” she continued. “I really feel lucky to get to work with the company that is interested in it.”
Ransom Canyon now streams on Netflix.
