President Donald Trump’s Administration’s Deadline for Minnesota to change his transient athlete laws to protect girls’ sports came and went on Friday as the state has rejected the ultimatum in the middle of the current government stop.

Attorney General Keith Ellisson’s office sent a letter to the Department’s Civil Rights Office and Department of Health and Human Services ‘Office for Civil Rights Friday night and said it has no “substantial reaction” to the Trump Administration’s demand to keep biological men out of girls’ sports. Ellison’s letter also cited the current shutdown of the government for its lack of response.

“The federal government is currently closed and I understand that employees at both civil rights offices are flooded. As a result, the Minnesota Department of Education will not give any material reaction at this time,” says part of the letter.

The deadline was given to the Minnesota Department of Education (MDE) and Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) after a transgender softball pitcher led a girls’ high school team to a State Championship in the spring. But the Trump administration also cited cases of trans athletes competing in girls’ alpine skiing, girls’ Nordic skiing, girls’ lacrosse, girls’ freedom and field teams and girls’ volleyball in Minnesota.

Ellison’s office also stated that it was “disappointed that the common letter contains sensitive information about minors in a public document.” However, information about Trans Softball Pitcher has been public for months when the athlete has even conducted media interviews.

Maine and California rejected each similar ultimatums over the issue of the Trump administration earlier this year and, as a result, launched the Department of Justice lawsuits against both state educational agencies and school sports leagues.

Ellison’s office’s lack of material reaction to the ultimatum is coming despite hundreds of the Minnesota School’s board of directors having written an open letter calling on the state to comply with Trump and change its policies to keep men out of the girls’ sports.

From Friday night, 253 school board members over 105 Minnesota school boards signed the letter with reference to the privacy and security of girls as well as potential federal funding cuts in response to the state’s non -compliance.

“As recipients of federal economic assistance, failure to correction of these violations directly threatens the ability of our schools to serve our students and society,” read the letter from the school’s board members who later add, “is compliance with section IX not only a legal obligation, but also important to maintain the integrity of our educational and athletic programs.

“Protection of justice in women’s sports is most important. Federal determination highlights how allowing men to compete for female teams displacing female athletes from podiums, denies them progress and diminishes their visibility and recognition in competitions.

“Female students in our districts and across Minnesota deserve equal chances of excel in sports, free of unreasonable physical benefits that biological differences provide. By entering into the dissolution agreement, MDE and MSHSL can ensure equal treatment and promote an environment where female athletes can thrive.”

Ellison has already brought his own trial against Trump and DOJ to try to enforce his policies to protect girls’ sports in Minnesota. He has also boasted of “sues them first” regarding the problem.

Meanwhile, the situation involving the softball player has already asked for another trial from three teenage girls who have had to compete against Trans Pitcher.

The trial was filed by three anonymous female athletes against Ellison, Minnesota State High School League director Erich Martens, Minnesota Department of Human Rights Commissioner Rebecca Lucero and Minnesota Commissions of Education Willie Jett.

One of the anonymous plaintiffs called Ellison to support the policies that have enabled Trans Pitcher to play against women.

“It’s really troubling to know that [Ellison] Does not take the rights for girls and women seriously. He allows boys to compete with girls, and it’s not safe and completely unfair, “the player told Pakinomist Digital.” Knowing that AG Ellison is in full support for letting boys and men take advantage of women in sports is absolutely disgusting and wrong. “

The trans-athlete threw a complete shutout that allows only three hits and knocked out six in the championship, closing a race that saw the trans-athlete tone height all 21 laps across three government tournament games and giving up only two races. The junior allowed only two races across 35 total laps in the post -season.

One of the plaintiffs former Pakinomist Digital told what it was like to play against the trans athlete.

“Hitting against him is not only a physical challenge, but also a mental. It’s a mental struggle by knowing that he has an advantage in the sport I grew up playing, which made it hard to even hit him,” the player said.

“How do you recognize that you lost against a biological man? How do you treat the events that happened? And it was something all night I still couldn’t. … We lost to a biological man in a female state tournament,” Kotzmacher said.

Kotzmacher also pointed out government manager Tim Walz’s history as a high school football coach and saw the physical skill of male high school plains up close.

“As a coach, you need to see the differences and the huge difference that there is between biological men and biological women,” Kotzmacher told Pakinomist Digital.
