This week, both new and existing mint mobile customers on the carrier’s already large unlimited data plan have received an unexpected but welcome bonus.
The airline has just announced that it removes the strict 40GB data coverage that was previously in place on the unlimited level. This cap meant that the customer speeds were dramatically reduced after you hit your cap – fortunately, that’s not the case now.
Instead, the unlimited plan will now only be slowed down when you are over 35 GB of data usage and The local area is especially busy. You will not get depressed speeds unless you go over that ceiling – and your plan will return to full speed if your local area does not experience heavy traffic.
This makes Mint Mobile Unlimited Data Plan much more forgiving for high -data users as you won’t get any permanent slowly down your data axis before the next Bill Cycle. Mint has not wandered the prices for its unlimited plan, so you get even more bang for the money than you previously were.
